Questions for Potential Trafficking Victims

So, you’ve seen some signs that may indicate a human trafficking situation. You’ve gotten a chance to talk with the person you think is being trafficked. What do you ask? Here are some questions you can ask!

  • What type of work do you do?

  • Are you being paid?

  • Can you come and go as you please?

  • Where do you sleep and eat?

  • Are you allowed to eat, go to the bathroom, etc. without permission?

  • Do you have control of your personal documents?
