Last spring I had the honor and privilege of sitting with over twenty Cincinnati executive women for U.S.Bank. Our mission was to discuss how to engage women in their financial planning. The conversation started with what holds women back from owning their finances and quickly turned to how “men” hold us back in all areas. Sadly, story after story was shared about how poorly and unfairly women have been treated by men in the professional arena. Hearing those stories and knowing there are many more is a somber indicator of the very real and disheartening issues women face at home and the office.
In an all-out-onslaught to turn the tide, Timbelo.com is launching fadedRED in January 2019. The idea is to build from within as we also tackle exterior gender issues.
So what does it mean to build from within? Great question!
Tune in next Tuesday, 12/4 and every Tuesday moving forward to learn more about fadedRED, and understand what it means to “build from within”!
Launching in January 2019, fadedRED is a woman-empowering arm of Timbelo.com. Join us and listen to powerful, successful women across our region and the globe as we discuss being decision-makers by right, not by permission . . . without villainizing either gender.
. . . because fadedRED women were born to serve, but live to lead!
