Welcome Spencer Hogan to the Timbelo/fadedRED Team! Spencer graduated from Cincinnati Christian University last spring with degrees in Biblical Studies and Business. He is currently working on his Masters in Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary. During his time at CCU, he served as a youth pastor, residential assistant, and (eventually) residential supervisor. These job opportunities were quite energizing and stirred a passion in him to help others grow and reach their God-given potential. That's why he's so jazzed about working with Timbelo -- we're in the business of building up and sending out others to change the world.

In his free time, Spencer is an avid Cleveland Cavaliers basketball fan and longboard enthusiast. Welcome to the #TimbeloTribe, Spencer!

 
Barbara Hogan

Barbara Hogan is the Founder, CEO, and President of Timbelo Inc. Barbara is a Sr. Ordained Chaplain and has spent her career helping marketplace leaders live out kingdom principles.

Over time, her role has expanded into that of a Chief Spiritual Officer (CSO) which includes spiritual guidance, relational healing, family mediation, retreat facilitation, prayer advocacy, accountability and training. Barbara has been credibly positioned as a woman in the CSO role so that she can raise other women up alongside her.

Barbara also speaks locally in the community as an advisor, panelist, facilitator/moderator, interviewer, and is a podcaster for fadedRED.
